Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times will vary based on the time of day that an order is received and the method of shipping that is selected to deliver your order.  Transit times can be estimated from the website of common carriers by entering 35613 as the origination zip code for your package.  Custom-made products may require additional processing time. We process and ship all orders within 1 - 2 business day. If you need an item to be delivered faster, before placing your order, please email us at orders@Head2ToeOfficials.com or call us at (855) Head-2-Toe and we will provide a quote for another shipping method that meets your requirements.  We do not ship internationally.  

You are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Please note that we are not responsible for any packages lost or delayed as a result of address errors made by you. Any shipment showing as "delivered" by the shipping agency constitutes successful delivery for which no claims of "no-delivery" can be made.  If you wish to request that a signature be required upon delivery of your order, please include the "Signature Required" product as a part of your order.  If this product is not included in your order, then your shipment will not require a signature for delivery.  

 

Returns/Exchanges Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you have 30 calendar days, from the moment your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, to notify us of your return request. Once return authorization is issued, your items must be returned, as per our directions that will follow, within the next 7 calendar days. Items returned later than 7 calendar days after your return authorization has been issued will be accepted for store credit only. 

To request a return authorization you must provide your order number and identify the product(s) that you wish to return by submitting this information through the "Contact Us" interface on the Head2ToeOfficials.com website. We will review your request and respond to you within 1-2 business days.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.  

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached when applicable. Any returns or exchanges containing items deemed to be used or not in their original condition will not be refunded, and will only be returned if you pay the shipping expenses.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and not eligible for exchanges:

  • Personalized or customized items (including local-association-specific apparel and apparel customized with optional flag patches, letters, etc.)
  • Items that are not in their original condition (including tags removed when applicable)
  • Sprays/Aerosols
  • Whistles

 

Refund Policy

Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for your credit to be issued once your return is received and processed. Also, please keep in mind that it can take longer for a credit to post to your account, depending on the processing speed of your financial institution.
